Xiaomi 15T Pro in for review

Say hello to the Xiaomi 15T Pro, the brand’s latest “flagship killer.” Like its predecessor, it’s the higher-end in the T series and features a beautiful design complete with a unique color, a big battery, a potent SoC, and great cameras.

Here is the Xiaomi 15T Pro, pictured alongside its sibling, the 15T. They share the same footprint with a 6.83-inch display and a 5,500mAh battery, but differ in a few key areas – the Pro has a more powerful Dimensity 9400+ chipset, a faster 144Hz display, and nicer cameras.

Those cameras include a wide 23mm f/1.62 unit, a 15mm f/2.2 ultrawide camera, and a 115mm f/3.0 telephoto unit, backed by Leica’s tuning and Xiaomi’s own AISP 2.0 imaging pipeline for improved depth, tone accuracy, and color fidelity.

The Xiaomi 15T Pro feels nice in the hand. The matte sides and rear panel repel smudges, adding a sense of security when gripping the phone. There’s a subtle shiny chamfer on the side buttons, which works nicely with a more pronounced chamfer on the camera island.

The Mocha Gold color option is the one to get. It’s a nice and interesting color for a phone. There are Black and Gray alternatives if you prefer a more subtle look, though.
