There’s a new sponsor sale record for Williamsburg. A duplex penthouse at the new waterfront development One Domino Square is under contract for $7,450,000, developer Two Trees Management announced on Monday. The deal takes the priciest sponsor sale title from neighboring project One Williamsburg Wharf, which had a penthouse asking $7,200,000 enter contract in December.

According to the One Domino team, at $3,046 per square foot, the sale, once it closes, will be a record for price per square foot in Williamsburg for any residential sale, by more than 12 percent.
A five-bedroom apartment at Two Northside Piers that sold for $8.3 million in 2021 remains the most expensive condo deal in Williamsburg.
Penthouse 1A is a 2,446-square-foot duplex condo with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a 600-square-foot wraparound terrace that offers unobstructed views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline.
“Penthouse 1A was destined to break records and is the perfect home for a very discerning buyer. It has all the accoutrements of a luxury penthouse, and of course the most incredible views, but it has been designed to feel warm and livable, like a townhouse in the sky,” Aaron Goed, sales director at Two Trees Management, said.
“The opportunity to live on the waterfront above Domino Park with world class amenities and service is unmatched in the market and will continue to fuel the success of One Domino Square’s penthouse collection.”

Designed by Annabelle Selldorf, One Domino Square, located on the southern end of the 11-acre Domino Sugar Factory redevelopment, includes a 39-story tower with 160 condos and a 55-story rental with 400 units, connected by a seven-story podium with retail and 45,000 square feet of amenities.
Residents have access to an aquatics center, a fitness center, multiple lounges, an open-air solarium, and a co-working space. Plus, the new one-acre public park, Domino Square, just opened in front of the building last fall.
Sales launched last April for One Domino Square’s one- to three-bedroom condos. Current availabilities start at $1,995,000, according to CityRealty. The rental tower is fully leased.
A limited selection of penthouses remains, including Penthouse 1C for $5.95 million and Penthouse 3A for $7 million.
