Happy May! This month the weather got warmer, and I was able to do more hiking. I took a mini road trip to western Massachusetts to visit my best friend Katlyn and help her with wedding dress shopping. We also got to experience a special Harry Potter-themed dinner in Connecticut. I started reading a new book called “Permission to Come Home” by Jenny Wang, which opens a dialogue on mental health issues within the Asian American community. For June, I will be reading “We Measure the Earth with our Bodies” by Tsering Yangzom Lama. Lastly, a highlight of May would be visiting a beautiful garden that reminded me of the book “The Secret Garden.” Hope you all enjoy! 💛😊
