Kettlesbells for Cardio – Massachusetts

0 – I’m living my dream by traveling the country for a year in an RV with my family. My goal is to film a workout in all 50 states. This beginner kettlebell circuit was filmed in Cape Cod National Seashore, Massachusetts. I’d rather do kettlebells for cardio than a treadmill any day. Repeat the circuit 1-3 times depending on your fitness level.
